Mike Cooks!

I haven’t made this one in a long time! My inherited mixer died in the early 80′s I think and never got replaced ( what was any good was way more than I had to spend and then the urgency wore off ). Coreen has never had this (as far as I could tell although her grandfather I’m told was a great baker) and I’m not sure if Ellen (my 2nd) did either!
